Tubescan provides corrosion mapping for small tubes, (25-75mm diameter, wall thickness 2.5mm+), the ED (extended diameter) model covers the 65-105mm range, with 6-25mm wall thickness capability. Quantification of corrosion damage to tubes has never been so easy, results may be analysed graphically, numerically, or exported to a spreadsheet. Using an angled mirror allows the detection of circumferential cracks. Since Tubescan is driven by stepper motor the system is easy to use.
